China’s economic planning remains important, even after 40 years of reform and opening. The next development plan, the 14th FYP, is well on the way and will be deliberated early next year. Several questions are worth considering. First and foremost, will the 14th FYP be similar or quite different from the previous ones? Second, why do we see these changes, little or substantial? And third, what are the implications, for China and for its neighbors? The speaker will attempt to address these questions at the Webinar.
