The US-China rivalry is reshaping the global geopolitical and geo-economic landscape. The impact is most immediately felt in the Asia-Pacific region. But the increasingly tense superpower rivalry has consequences in other parts of the world as well. How has China’s rise and the US’s counter-response affected other regional actors’ interaction with the two competing powers? Are countries across the rest of Asia and the globe feeling compelled to take sides in this evolving, emerging new world order? In this webinar, Dr Pramod Jaiswal will share with us, from the Nepal and the South Asia’s perspective, his assessment of the fluid dynamics underpinning this paradigmatic geopolitical reconfiguration.
